The subsidy period is from May 27, 2025 to May 26, 2026.
Winning faculty members must apply for a G-AI account through the official Generative AI website. Please prepare the following documents for the Information and Instructional Technology Center to apply for the subsidy:
- Proof of purchase for the Generative AI service (Invoice or Receipt). Email order confirmation is not accepted as a substitute.
- Credit card transaction details in TWD (monthly credit card statements or a screenshot of the transaction notification).
- Expenditure Certificate from the Office of Finance (must be a hard copy with the handler’s signature or stamp; electronic signatures are not accepted).
Note: In accordance with the Office of Finance regulations, all documents must be submitted to the Information and Instructional Technology Center within two months from the purchase date for reimbursement processing.
