｜申請TA需注意哪些事項？What should be aware of when applying for a Teaching Assistant (TA) ?｜
※TA課程類別審核以「授課進度表」為優先審查依據 TA course category review shall be based on the “Teaching Schedule”.
- 依「教學助理補助實施要點」第十點辦理教學助理課程補助順序，部分課程類型以授課進度表內容為優先審查依據。請於授課進度表「重點推動課程類型」勾選所屬課程類型，可參照課務組授課進度表填寫說明手冊。Please select the applicable course type under “Promotion Course” in the Teaching Schedule.

- 非屬「重點推動課程類型」之課程，請另於TA申請時於教務學務系統中選填或說明。
For courses not classified as “Promotion Course” please provide a explanation in the application for TA.
※教學助理優先以本校在校生為主 TA are primarily selected from among the current students of TMU.
- 為提供更多校內工讀機會，培養學生對於該學術專業素養及培育該領域之專才，藉由擔任TA之過程學習教學之工作能力與自我成長，故以本校學生為優先對象。
To provide more on-campus work-study opportunities, cultivate students' academic expertise in this field, and nurture professionals in this discipline, priority is given to TMU students. Through serving as a TA, they will develop instructional competencies and achieve personal growth. - 若為臨床技能型課程，因重視實務教學及經驗分享，若課程需求可聘用三院醫事人員擔任TA協助課程教學等。
For clinically oriented courses emphasizing hands-on training and experience sharing, TMUH medical staff may be hired as TA to support course instruction as needed.
※EMI 課程TA以符合B2(含)以上語言能力的學生為主 The EMI course TA primarily serve students with language proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
- 語言程度認定，依「臺北醫學大學檢定抵免成績對照表」請自行參照語言中心官網(若有更新，依語言中心公告為主)
- EMI 學士生TA提供英文能力資格資料，待經雙語中心確認後，始得2倍薪資
※聘用前先與教學助理說明時數及協助課程工作項目 Before hiring, discuss the number of hours and the specific course-related tasks with the TA.
- 請授課教師須告知教學助理該課程核定時數與工作項目，並請TA需閱讀並了解TA聘用注意事項及系統操作手冊等。若該助理以下情況發生，所延伸之相關費用需由授課教師、教學助理或學院自行商討並支付該費用。
Instructors are required to inform TA of the approved course hours and assigned tasks. TA must read and understand the guidelines for TA employment and the system user manual. Should any of the following situations arise involving, any resulting expenses must be discussed and paid for by the instructor, TA, or the college.
(1)申請超過所核定的時數/費用 Claiming in excess of the approved hours/costs
(2)TA未完成排班及送薪，導致個人與雇主負擔費用無法核支 TA has not completed their scheduling and payroll processing, resulting in the inability to reimburse insurance costs incurred by both the employee and the employer.。
