    教學型教師申請公告 113學年度教學型教師申請至113年4月30日止

    各位師長，您好！

    為鼓勵教師適才適性發展專業職能，積極從事教學精進與創新，協助教師專業成長，本校訂定「教學型教師實施辦法」。(如附件)

    欲申請113學年度教學型教師者，請於113年4月30日（二）前，填具「教學型教師申請表」(如附件)，由所屬單位主管推薦（醫療相關科部教師應先取得所屬醫院同意），經院長同意，將簽核過的申請表與佐證資料掃描為同一個PDF檔寄至wenpei@tmu.edu.tw

    我會與您約口頭報告日期→提送教學評審委員會審議通過後→陳請校長核准→發聘。

     

    •      申請時程：113.04.01至113.04.30（二）

    •      申請資格

    本校專任教師符合下列條件之一者，得申請擔任教學型教師(若沒有一項符合就是無法申請了)：

    一、申請前五年內曾獲本校各級教學優良教師獎、本校附屬醫院最佳主治醫師獎或全國性教學優良獎項。

    二、申請前二學年接受教學評量之大學部課程，每學年其評量積分排名為全校教師前百分之三十。（教師可自行查詢教學評量結果，若有疑問可洽教資中心邱小姐，分機2153）

    三、申請前五年內曾擔任校級教學相關社群召集人二年（含）以上。

    四、申請前五年內曾擔任本校附屬醫院教學型主治醫師二年（含）以上。

    五、申請前五年內發表之教育/教學相關學術期刊論文、教育/教學專書及教育/教學之實務報告，積分合計達四十五分（含）以上；前述積分依據「臺北醫學大學教師升等計分標準施行要點」第二條第三款第（一）至（三）目計算。

    六、申請前五年內教育/教學投入貢獻積分合計達九十分（含）以上；前述積分依據「臺北醫學大學教師升等計分標準施行要點」第二條第三款第（四）目計算。 

    請有意願申請之教師仔細瀏覽法規中有關續任的要求，教學型教師申請通過後每學年進行續任審查

    備註 : 

    (一)  每院教學型教師人數不得超過該院員額百分之十；通識教育中心之教學型教師無人數限制。前述人數上限採無條件進位。

            目前各學院教學型教師人數：醫學院5名、護理學院2名、藥學院1名、醫科院1名、醫工院1名、人社院1名、通識教育中心8名    

    (二)  110學年度教學評量排名於全校教師前30％分數為：4.63

            111學年度教學評量排名於全校教師前30％分數為：4.66

     

     

     

     

    Dear Colleagues,

    This message is regarding the application for a Teaching Teacher. 

    If you are a teaching teacher, TMU hope you get a teaching promotion rather than an academic promotion.

    TMU has established the Teaching Teacher System to encourage teachers to enhance their professional teaching skills, actively participate in teaching improvement and innovation, and support teachers in upgrading their teaching practices.

    To apply as a Teaching Teacher, you must meet one of the following criteria.

    1. The applicant has received the University's Teaching Excellence Award at all levels, the Best Attending Physician Award at a hospital affiliated with the University, or a national teaching excellence award within the five years before application.

    2. For undergraduate programs that have received teaching evaluations in the two academic years before the application, the evaluation scores must rank in the top 30% of all teachers in the university for each academic year. Teachers can check the evaluation results themselves. If you have any questions about teaching evaluation scores, please contact Ms. Chiu at the UGC, ext. 2153.)
    3. Having served as the convener of a school-level teaching-related community for at least two years in the five years before application.
    4. Having served as a teaching attending physician at a hospital affiliated with the university for at least two years in the five years before application.
    5. Within the five years before application, the total number of points for published articles in education/teaching-related academic journals, books on education/teaching, and practical reports on education/teaching should be 45 points or more. These points will be calculated according to Article 2, Paragraph 3, Items (1) through (3) of the "Key Points of Implementation of the Teacher Promotion Criteria of Taipei Medical University."
    6. The total number of points for contributions to education/teaching within the five years before the application should be 90 or more. These points will be calculated by Article 2, Paragraph 3, Item 4 of the "Key Points for the Implementation of the Criteria for the Promotion of Teachers at Taipei Medical University."
