If your graduation defense application is returned by professor, go to the system “Home Page”→Find “System Info” →click the hyperlink of “Eng. Ver. Review of Graduation Defense”→
click “Details” →After revised must click “Save” & ”Send”

Student must submit the application as soon as possible. Late submissions that result in the professor not being able to approve the application in the specified timeframe will be considered a failed application.
