  • Q1: How is a student ID card handled during suspension of school?

A1: It is not necessary to return the card for suspension of school, but the digital functions of the student ID card, such as access to campus facilities and the library, will be deactivated. It can only be used again after back to school.

  • Q2: How is a student ID card handled when withdrawing from school?

A2: Students should hand it back to the Register Section or  report the card loss through the TMU card management system.

A2-1: School Homepage -> Students ->  Report Loss of Student ID Card. Upon receiving the school's request for card suspension, the transportation card company will lock the card, and any remaining balance on the card will be refunded to the cardholder.

A2-2: For students who withdraw and lose their student ID card, they still need to complete the card loss reporting procedure through the TMU card management system and sign a declaration. If any false or harmful situations arise, they are willing to take full legal responsibility, understanding that the student ID card is now invalid.
