Q1: How to apply for the transcript?
A1: Please apply by the red vending machine on the 1st floor of the rear building of the Comprehensive Medical Building (Xinyi Campus) directly.
Students including alumni also can apply online through Chinese/English Transcript or Certificate Application System.

Q2: What if I lost my student ID card?
A2: Please refer to the following procedure.
If you do not have any bank account in Taiwan, when reporting card lost,please enter 14 zeros for bank account in TMU card management system. After EasyCard company sends a notification letter to the university, please bring the letter and your ID to MRT station to prcocess the refund.
