Review Results

When it shows "Agree", the course is counted as graduation credits. Shows "Disagree", does not count as graduation credits. However, all the courses will show on the transcript. Courses is reviewed by the administrative professor from the department/program.

List for Non-specific Electives (your department)

Courses belonging to the student's department/program, however, there's no course list on the system page. Courses showing in this area will be counted as graduation elective course credits

  • Courses not belonging to the student's department/program will show on this area as elective course credits after the administrative professor approved them.
  • Please note that, every department/program requires the limitation of credits from other department/program with different corresponding school year. Please refer to the "List of Courses and Credits"

It only counts courses with icon , and is agreed by the administrative professor.

It only counts courses with icon , and courses both agreed and disagreed will be counted into this result. The calculation is from last semester's result and updating every semester.

 

Q2: Why there has a course not count as a graduation credit on the system?
A2: Only courses approved by the administrative professor of the department/program and shown as "Agree" in the column "Review Result" will be counted into the graduation credits. 
* Courses that agreed to be your graduation credits in your graduation progress system by the administrative professor, cannot be applied for the credit transfer to your new master's/Ph.D. program in the future.

Q3: When will the administrative professor do the review?
A3: On the first and second weeks of the school opening, the administrative professor will review courses taken last semester, and pre-selection courses this semester. Courses add/drop this semester will be reviewed next semester. 

* Courses that agreed to be your graduation credits in your graduation progress system by the administrative professor, cannot be applied for the credit transfer to your new master's/Ph.D. program in the future.

Q4: Will the courses disapproved by the administrative professor(shown as "Disagree") present on the transcript?
A4: All the courses will present and record on the transcript, no matter whether courses are counted into the graduation credits or not.

Q5: Why the course did not show in the corresponding column?
A5: Courses with different course titles, course codes, or other adjustment happens, it won't be counted as the corresponding course directly. Please contact the department/program office to figure out if there has proof to correspond 2 courses with each other.

Q6: Why courses selected during the "course add/ drop" period did not show on the system?
A6: Course selected during course add/drop, the system will update after the "Course Selection List Confirmation & Final Corrections" period.

Q7: Will the failed courses show on the system? 
A7: Failed courses won't show on the system. However, they will show on the transcript.

Q8: What if I have questions about courses, who can I contact?
