The “Reward on the Enhancement of Course Quality: (14)Outstanding EMI Courses” for the 1141 semester is now open for applications (Incentive Details) . The application period is from now until January 23, 2026 (Friday) at 11:59 p.m. Application information is provided as follows:

I. Application Requirements:
1. Reward Period: EMI courses offered in the 1141 semester.
2. Applicants: Full-time and part-time teachers at our school.
3. Application Requirements (All conditions below must be met):

  • Applicants are limited to instructors who offer undergraduate courses.
  • Rewarding teachers who offer undergraduate courses Teachers must conduct both teaching and discussions in English.
  • The course syllabus must indicate that "the teaching materials include original English sources" and select "All English."
  • The course evaluation score must be 4.0 or above.
  • All students in the course evaluation must select that the entire course was taught in English throughout the semester (subject to approval by the university-level curriculum committee)

4.    Number of Students:

  • The number of students enrolled in the undergraduate class must meet the minimum requirement for course offering.

II. Incentive Amount:

  • An incentive of NTD 5,000 per credit will be granted, with a maximum of NTD 15,000 per course.
  • Each course may apply for this incentive up to three times in total; applications will no longer be accepted once the limit is reached.
  • Final approval and incentive disbursement are subject to the final review results. Approved incentives will be deposited together with regular payroll.

IV. Notices:

  • Please note that the eligible applicants and incentive amounts have been revised for this semester. Applicants are advised to carefully review the relevant regulations.
  • Language courses offered by the General Education Center and degree programs of each department are not applicable.
